NETid & Single Sign-On

Single sign-on (SSO) simplifies the delivery of secure, usable, accessible IT services by making user authentication easier for individuals to use on an everyday basis.

Using your NETid, you will log in  one time, from one place , and instantly have access to the apps you need to work or study at Northeast — Office 365, Canvas, CampusLogic, Banner, Penji, and more.



Getting Started

To get started, visit aka.ms/my-account to begin the signin process. 

First Time Logging In

This process uses the personal email address and telephone numbers you have registered in your profile.  If you do not receive a password reset request after completing the steps below, contact the Office of Admissions and Records (students) or the Office of Human Resources (employees) to verify the information on file.

  • Enter your NETid (username@tigers.nemcc.edu or username@nemcc.edu)
  • Click "Forgot my pasword"
  • Verify your Email or Username
  • Enter the characters shown for the CAPTCHA
  • Cick "Next

Microsoft Authenticator

Okta Verify App

Microsoft Authenticator is the quickest and safest way to respond to MFA requests when signing in. By sending a push request to the Microsoft Authenticator app, you simply enter the number shown on the login screen in the Microsoft Authenticator app.

The Microsoft Authenticator app is available for both Apple and Android devices.

You will be prompted to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app along with SMS authentication the first time you login.
