The Alumni & Friends Guest House is a duplex with two identical sides (Side A & B). Each side is $100 a night and includes:
- CHECK IN: 3:00 PM | CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM
- BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Full Bed | Bedroom 2: Full Bed
- KITCHEN: Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, trash bags & paper towels
- GENERAL: Free WiFi, towels & linens, central heating & A/C
- PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)
- POLICIES: No Smoking & No pets
