Eligibility for TigerOne ID cards is categorized into two types: Digital cards and Physical cards.

TigerOne Digital ID Card Eligibility:

• Enrolled students of the College.
• Faculty and staff.

TigerOne Physical ID Card Eligibility:

• Students attending an officially sanctioned orientation program expected to result in enrollment.
• Employees of the College employed full-time, part-time, or on a temporary basis.
• Retired faculty and staff, as defined by the College.
• Fitness Center Community members with an active fitness center plan.
• Eula Dees Memorial Library "Friends of the Library" patrons.

Your TigerOne ID card, whether digital or physical, serves as an essential tool for accessing various campus services. Here's a detailed overview of how different members of the Northeast community can obtain their ID cards:

Students

As part of Northeast's Mobile First Strategy, all incoming students will receive a digital TigerOne ID card as their initial identification, replacing the traditional physical ID card. To obtain your TigerOne ID card, you need to submit a photo using our online photo submissions tool. Once your photo is approved, you can add your TigerOne ID card to your mobile device. Photo submission and approval are mandatory steps to access your TigerOne ID card.

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff can submit their photo online and obtain their initial TigerOne ID card at no cost. To pick up a new physical ID card, visit the TigerOne Card Office in person.

Fitness Center Members

Fitness Center Community members with an active fitness center plan are eligible for a physical TigerOne ID card.

Friends of the Library Patrons

Eula Dees Memorial Library "Friends of the Library" patrons are also eligible for a physical TigerOne ID card.  These cards are at the discretion of the Library Director.

Your TigerOne Mobile ID card is free; students who want a physical card will receive the first one free. Subsequent replacement cards will incur a charge of $15, billed directly to their student account.

It's important for everyone who receives a TigerOne ID card to be aware of the following basic rules:

• Property of the College: ID Cards are the property of the College. Any misuse, defacement, modification, alteration, tampering, or deliberate damage to an ID Card, as well as any falsification, forgery, fraudulent, or illegal use of an ID Card, may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. The College will refer suspected violations of law to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Possession: A cardholder may only possess one official ID card at a time.
• Nontransferable: ID Cards are nontransferable. Only the individual to whom the card is issued is eligible to use the ID Card for authorized purposes. Cardholders may be subject to a fee for the replacement of a lost or stolen card.
• Accounts: Cardholders may have accounts tied to their ID Card for the purchase of goods and services at campus locations. Cardholders are subject to all terms and conditions of those accounts.
• Collateral: No department, office, employee, student, or associate of the College may hold another individual’s ID Card as collateral or security.
• Responsibility: The College assumes no responsibility for the misuse of an ID Card.
• Confiscation: The card is subject to confiscation if found in possession of another person.
• Return: If found, please return the card to the Housing Office in Ramsey Hall.
