High School Art Competition
Calling All Artists
The Northeast Mississippi Community College Art Department will once again be hosting its annual High School Art Competition. The competition is open to all high school students attending any high school in Alcorn, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo, or Union counties.
Entries must be original and completed during the school year and must represent the individual effort of the entrant.

Key Dates
February 16 -26 2026
High School teachers can deliver their work between Monday, February 16 and Thursday, February 26.
March 6, 2026
Installation will be the following week. Judging will take place on Friday, March 6.
March 16 - 23, 2026
The show will open after Spring Break on Monday, March 16 and close on Monday, March 23. Teachers can pick up their artwork and awards starting Tuesday, March 24 through Thursday, March 26.
