Campus Country
Northeast’s award-winning country music ensemble features vocalists, instrumentalists, and sound technicians performing throughout the region and on campus each year.

Chorus & Chamber Choir
Open to all students, the Northeast Chorus performs throughout the region and annually with the North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra during its Christmas concert. Select members may audition for the Chamber Choir.

Jazz Band
The Northeast Jazz Band performs styles ranging from traditional to contemporary jazz and has shared the stage with nationally recognized artists, including Ron Wilkins and Jeff Coffin of the Dave Matthews Band. Auditions are held during the first week of the fall semester.

Theatre
Northeast Theatre provides students with opportunities to develop performance, production, and technical skills while preparing for continued study or careers in theatre. The program is committed to artistic growth, cultural enrichment, and innovative theatrical experiences.

Tiger Band
The award-winning “Show Band from Tigerland” features more than 225 members performing at football games, parades, competitions, and campus events throughout the year. Opportunities include marching band, pep bands, indoor drumline, and winter color guard.

Tiger Dance Squad
The Tiger Dancer Squad performs alongside the “Show Band from Tigerland” during football season and continues as the Tiger Pom Squad during the spring semester, performing at basketball games and campus events.
