45 minute energetic stationary bike class set to upbeat music that is guaranteed to be a great cardio workout. First come, first served.
Full body workout that improves flexibility and stability, increases your muscle strength, and tones the "core muscles" of your body: abdominal, lower back, glutes, and hips.
Weights class that incorporates high intensity interval training so that you can find the courage to lift one more pound, run one more minute, or breathe easier during the workout and then take that with you into your day.
