Eligibility for TigerOne ID cards is categorized into two types: Digital ID and Physical ID cards.

Digital ID

Available to:

• Enrolled students
• Faculty and staff

Physical ID Card

Available to:

• Students attending an official orientation leading to enrollment
• Current employees (full-time, part-time, or temporary)
• Retired faculty and staff
• Fitness Center members with an active plan
• "Friends of the Library" patrons

Your TigerOne ID is your official NEMCC identification and is required to access many campus services. Students receive a digital ID as part of Northeast’s Mobile First strategy, with the option to request a physical card if needed.

Students: How to Get Your TigerOne ID

Follow these steps to set up your digital TigerOne ID:

• Download the Transact eAccounts app from the App Store or Google Play
• Sign in to the app using your NEMCC email
• Submit your photo through the app for approval
• Wait for approval
• Add your ID to your mobile wallet

Important

• Your photo must be approved before you can use your ID
• It may take up to one hour after adding your ID for door access to fully activate
• We recommend completing this process as soon as possible

Physical ID Option

Prefer a physical card?

• Physical TigerOne ID cards are available at the TigerOne Office (Housing)
• The first ID is free, but replacement cards require a fee

Other Eligible Users

TigerOne ID cards are also available to eligible members of the Northeast community:

• Faculty and staff
• Fitness Center members - Must have an active fitness center membership
• Friends of the Library - Must be approved by the Library Director

The TigerOne Mobile ID is issued at no cost. Students may request a physical ID card, with the first card provided free of charge. Replacement cards are subject to a $15 fee, which will be billed to the student’s account.

To ensure proper use and security, all TigerOne ID holders must follow these guidelines:

• College Property - Your ID card remains the property of the College. Misuse, alteration, or fraudulent use may result in disciplinary action and/or referral to law enforcement.
• One Card Only - Cardholders may possess only one active ID card at a time.
• Nontransferable - Your ID card is for your use only and may not be shared or transferred to others.
• Accounts & Purchases - Any accounts linked to your ID (such as Tiger Bucks) are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
• Lost or Stolen Cards - Cardholders may be charged a fee for replacement of lost or stolen cards.
• Confiscation - ID cards found in possession of another person may be confiscated.
• Return of Found Cards - If found, return the ID card to the Housing Office in Ramsey Hall.
• Responsibility - The College is not responsible for misuse of your ID card.
