Supporting Technology Across Campus

Information Technology Services supports Northeast by providing the systems, services, and support that keep our campus connected, secure, and running efficiently. From network infrastructure and campus technology to learning platforms and user accounts, our team works behind the scenes to ensure students and employees have reliable access to the tools they need every day.

Our goal is simple: to make technology seamless, dependable, and accessible so our campus community can focus on learning, teaching, and achieving success.

We are committed to building a modern, flexible technology environment that supports learning anytime and anywhere — in the classroom, online, and across campus. By continuously exploring innovative solutions and emerging technologies, we strive to enhance the student experience, support instruction, and meet the evolving needs of Northeast.

Need Additional Assistance?

Students can visit the Student Help Desk for assistance with accounts, iPads, wireless access, and campus technology. Faculty and staff may submit a technology support request or contact Information Technology Services directly for additional support.
