The Office of Information Technology supports Northeast by providing the systems, services, and support that keep our campus connected, secure, and running efficiently. From managing network infrastructure and campus-wide technology to supporting learning platforms and user accounts, our team works behind the scenes to ensure students, faculty, and staff have reliable access to the tools they need every day.
Our goal is simple: to make technology seamless, dependable, and accessible so that our users can focus on learning, teaching, and achieving their goals.

Students
If you need help with a technology issue, visit the Student Help Desk located in the Frank Haney Union. You can also submit a request online through the Help Desk Support System for assistance.
Faculty & Staff
If you are experiencing a computer or technology issue, please submit a request through the ITS Work Order System. Once submitted, our team will review and prioritize your request in accordance with college procedures to ensure timely and efficient support.

If you receive an MFA request that you were not expecting, just say no!
- Tap "No, it's not me" to reject an unsolicited request.
- Tap "Report" to report as fraudulent. You can also "Cancel" a mistaken but not suspicious prompt.
- Only tap "Yes" if you were expecting it because you were actively logging into a service.
