And the Winner is," will again ring throughout the rolling hills of Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The excitement will happen again this fall at the “NORTHEAST REGIONAL MARCHING BAND CHAMPIONSHIP”. This year we will be offering a ratings-only festival earlier in the day and then the Caption Portion of the contest afterward. This 40th annual NRMC contest will offer competing bands expert critiques from a highly qualified panel of judges, who have quality experience in their captions.
