Automotive Mechanics and Service

The Automotive Mechanics and Service Technology program prepares students to service and perform maintenance on all types of vehicles. This training leads to a career as an automotive technician. This program offers primarily hands-on learning opportunities in a shop that is designed and operated to provide experiences that show what an actual automotive mechanics business is like.

Business Technology

Students have the option to complete one program or take a few extra courses to complete more than one degree. Many students graduate from Northeast with two degrees and extra training for even more job opportunities to show for their time. These Business Technology programs offer students a broad range of training using projects that simulate technology in the workplace. We ensure our graduates are proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, accounting, and business communications.

Civil Engineering

Northeast, we offer the Civil Engineering Technology program to prepare individuals to work with civil engineers in a variety of locations and work conditions. Civil Engineering Technicians collect data needed to plan, design, and build infrastructure projects, as well as commercial, industrial, residential, and land development projects. It is common for their time to be split between working in an office and working outdoors at construction sites or other project locations.

Collision Repair

Collision repair work has variety and challenges - each damaged vehicle presents a different problem. Repairers must develop appropriate methods for each job, using their broad knowledge of automotive construction and repair techniques.

Construction Engineering

Construction Engineering Technology (CON) is an instructional technology program designed to prepare individuals to work within the construction industries and firms in mid-level management operations as estimators, material specialists, planners, project managers, layout specialists, or other construction operations.

Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Technology and Hospitality Management Technology programs offer students multiple opportunities to work in the restaurant, tourism, hotel, and other hospitality based careers. The Culinary Arts concentration provides a solid foundation in the methods and science of cooking through exposure to classical, American, and international cuisine, as well as the art of baking and pastries. Special emphasis is placed on culinary tools, equipment, techniques, and specialty ingredients.

Diesel Power

In the Northeast Diesel Power Technology program, we believe in training our students to work on a wide variety of equipment and diesel engines. Students will gain experience working on everything from light-duty to on-highway trucks, off-road, marine, and agricultural equipment.

Drafting Design and 3D Modeling

In the Drafting Design and 3D Modeling program, students learn the skills necessary to create the engineering drawings used in architecture, construction, manufacturing, civil engineering, and more through a broad curriculum. Students are trained using the latest versions of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit Architecture.

Early Childhood Education

Northeast's Early Childhood Education Technology program allows students to earn a two-year degree while getting classroom experience. Graduates of this program often work as private childcare providers, preschool teacher's aids, public Pre-K teacher’s assistants, kindergarten teacher's assistants, Childcare Center Directors, head start teachers, and nannies. This is definitely a field that requires a certain set of skills and traits. If you have a passion for children or care giving, this could be the program for you

Heating and Air Conditioning

The Heating & Air Conditioning Technology (HVAC) program prepares students to work for commercial or private companies that specialize in maintenance, installation, and sales of residential and industrial equipment. This program is a great fit for students who are self-motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and can work alone or with team members. Students have the option of a two-year certificate or Associate of Applied Science degree.

Industrial Maintenance

The Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Technology programs offered at Northeast share many of the same classes and train students to work in a variety of settings. Graduates of these programs achieve a two-year, Associate of Applied Science degree. Industrial Maintenance prepares graduates with a solid foundation in electrical and mechanical concepts, as well as hands on training with PLC’s, robotics, motor controls, hydraulics and pneumatics, and other equipment. Completion of this program leads to high demand jobs working to maintain and repair industrial equipment such as robotic welding cells, conveyor systems, production machinery, packing equipment, and much more.

Information Systems

At Northeast, we have a two-year Information Systems Technology program. The IST program covers a variety of technology domains, from network and CYBER defense, ethical hacking, IOS app development, system administration, and extended reality. We stay up to date with the newest technologies and make changes as needed.

Paralegal

The Paralegal Technology program prepares students for employment as entry-level legal assistants in law firms, corporations, or government agencies, as well as other law related careers in settings like banking, real estate, hospitals, and more. Students have the opportunity to observe actual courtroom proceedings allowing for a better understanding of judicial procedures. We combine classroom lecture with projects that focus on practical skills and simulated activities that mirror legal settings.

Precision Manufacturing

Machine tool and die makers are highly skilled professionals who manufacture complex components for automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries with the use of Manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machines. Our program has an incredible track record of giving students the hands-on experience with dozens of different machines and helping place them with different companies for apprenticeships and jobs.
