Strength N' Stretch
A 30-40 minute self-paced workout (including weighted and body weight exercises) featuring upper body (Tuesday) and lower body (Thursday) concluded with a yoga-like stretch period.

Abs
A 25-minute stomach-scorching class focusing on the core including abs, obliques, hip flexors, lower back, and glutes.

4:15 PM

Spin
A 45-minute energetic stationary bike class set to upbeat music that is guaranteed to be a great cardio workout.

Instructor: Ginger Murphy 

4:30 PM

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga posed with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.

6:00 PM

Hip Hop Cardio
A 40-minute high-energy dance class that provides a fun way to burn off calories while learning new dance moves.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced style of yoga that is focused on building strength and endurance.  It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.
