Stacy D. Carter is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi. He is the proud son of Ms. Ruth Carter and is the youngest of three children. Since 1997, he has been actively working to improve the awareness of the political process. Stacy has been teaching at NEMCC since 2010. He received his Bachelor and Master degrees from Mississippi State University. Stacy is currently working on a Doctorate of Philosophy in Political Science at the University of Mississippi. In his spare time, Stacy enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
