There is no preregistration for the Residual ACT; however, each examinee must have an Admissions Application for NEMCC on file or he/she will be provided one to complete prior to the test administration. The cost for the Residual ACT is $35 payable by cash, check or money order payable to NEMCC. Examination is generally completed within 4 hours of start time. Scores are usually made available for pickup at 2pm of the day it is administered. The Residual ACT is only good for the institution at which it is administered; it is not a transferrable score.
