Jeannie Tice is a native of Ripley, Mississippi and a graduate of Ripley High School. She received a B.A. degree in English from Blue Mountain College and a Master of Science degree in English Education from the University of Mississippi. She began her teaching career at Biggersville High School where she taught 7th – 11th grade English for fourteen years. She joined the NE faculty in 2005. She is married to Johnny Tice and they have two daughters, Parrish and Presley.
