MARCH 22 – 26, 2010 – RESERVE OR CANCEL DORM ROOMS FOR FALL 10 SEMESTER. See dorm supervisor or call Housing Office.May 11th, 2010 – Dorms close; dorm students must check out and turn in key. May 14th, 2010 – GRADUATIONJune 3rd, 2010 – Summer I classes begin.June 3, 2010 – Room assignment letters for Fall 2010 will be mailed.July 15, 2010 – Deadline to cancel an assigned dorm room for the Fall 10 semester and get dorm deposit refunded. Call the Housing Office at 720-7311 or email bmgreen@nemcc.edu. August 7th, 10th, & 11th, 2010 – Dorm move in days. Students can spend the night on Aug. 11th. Students must bring their paid fees receipt to Housing Office in the Union to get an “ADMIT” form for their dorm supervisor. WILL NOT RECEIVE A ROOM KEY WITHOUT AN ADMIT FORM. August 12, 2010 – Classes begin.Nov. 9th, 2010 – Advising Day. Classes will not meet. Dorms & cafeteria will be open.November 9th – 12th, 2010 – Pre-register for the Spring 2011. semester.November 22nd – 26th – Thanksgiving Holidays.Dec. 9th-14th, 2010 – Final exams.Dec. 14th, 2010 -Dorms close at 4:00 pm. All dorm students should check out and turn in keys before leaving.
