Email Issues…Your in the right place…

1.Sign into the portal at https://go.nemcc.edu/sso with your full email address as the username and your current password you use to logon to your computer.

  1. The first prompt you will see is for the enrollment –Challenge Answers. Click continue to answer the security questions. You must answer five of the fifteen questions. Once done click continue. You should see self-service action successful. Click to continue logging in.
  1. The next prompt is to enroll your mobile phone to receive one time passwords (OTP). Type in your phone number and then choose your phone provider and click continue. You will then get a text with a OTP to enter in the next box. Enter the OTP that you received and click continue. You will then see self-serice action successful.  Click to continue logging in.
  1. The next prompt is to enroll an alternate email address that is optional. If you do not want to enroll an email address, check to suppress reminders and click skip. If you want to enroll an email address, type an alternate email address and click continue. You will then have to check that email account for the OTP to enter in the next box.
  1. The next prompt is where you will have to change your password. Click continue and type your new password. Your password must be at least seven characters long, include uppercase and lowercase, and include a number or special character. Once entered click set password and you should see password successfully set. Click to continue logging in.
