Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit (High School Students)

Students who wish to take courses at NEMCC  while still in high school are Dual Enrollment students. In order to qualify for this special program, students must present:

  • Completed NEMCC Application
  • Must have an overall  3.0 GPA
  • Official Letter of Approval from the Guidance Counselor/Principal (Faxed copies are not considered official)
  • Official Partial High School Transcript that documents a minimum of fourteen (14) high school units. (Faxed copies are not considered official)
  • ACT scores are required

Dual Credit students are those who are enrolled in college level courses during their high school day. They earn both high school and college credit at the same time. This program is available  at participating high schools. Dual Credit students must present the following for admission:
