We help with all your iPad, Email, and Microsoft Office problems.

Location

The Help Desk is located in the student activities office of the Haney Union.

Setting Up Your Account
(Canvas/Email/Student Apps)

 Setting up Password

  1. Navigate to my.nemcc.edu
  2. Click Student Resources
  3. Click “Create a New Password Now” button. (This is for both first-time signing in or those who have forgotten their password)
  4. Enter your full NEMCC email address and click Submit. A link will be emailed to the alternate/personal email address that is on file. *If you do not have a personal email on file you must visit the NEMCC Admissions/Records Office in Ramsey Hall
    *For password assistance please contact helpdesk@nemcc.edu

HINTS: When setting up your new password, remember the following:

  • It must include an uppercase letter
  • It must include a lowercase letter
  • It must include a digit [0-9]
  • It must include one of the following special characters [!@#$%&*-]
  • It cannot be a password you have used before
  • It must be at least 7 characters and no more than 20
