LPN to ADN Advanced Placement

Follow the directions in the Student Guide to NLN Testing Brochure for registering for your preferred exam. If you plan to register for these exams, you should register for the National League for Nursing’s NACE I Foundations of Nursing Examination on the next available testing date.
If you are successful on the NACE I Foundations of Nursing Examination, then you are eligible to register for the NACE I Nursing Care of Childbearing Family and the NACE I Nursing Care of Child Examination on the next available testing date (two part exam – must register for both parts on the same exam date – if not taken on the same date, must retake both parts of the exam). First Wednesday in March at 12:30 p.m.

LPN to ADN Advanced Placement Program Applications must be received by April 1st to be considered for FALL ADMISSION. Rating and ranking of applicants will be done the last two weeks of May. Applicants will receive notification of their standing by mid-June.
LPN to ADN Advanced Placement Program Applications must be received by November 1st to be considered for SPRING ADMISSION. Rating and ranking of applicants will be done after fall semester final exams. Applicants will receive notification of their standing mid-December.
For applicants who are accepted to the program, these admission letters will contain a schedule for Fingerprint Criminal History Background Checks and HealthCare Provider CPR Class. Health requirements, including physical exam forms, immunizations, and T.B. testing results are DUE BY August 1ST for fall admission and by the first day of class for spring admission.
